Gorton's Seafood is being very generous this month and that's good news for those of us who love fish. They're allowing me to giveaway free product coupons to 5 lucky winners plus they're having a facebook promotion with LOTS of giveaways, including an XBOX 360 with Kinect!
I love to keep their products readily available in my freezer for quick, healthy meals any time. The variety of fish runs from the traditional kid friendly fish sticks, to battered fillets, to healthy grilled choices. I know with the new year, we're all looking for healthy choices to prepare for our family. Look how yummy this tilapia looks! It can be prepared as is or made into tacos as shown here.
